DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery
Domestic orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Once your order and payment details are verified, we will process your shipment immediately. Domestic shipping is free of charge.

International orders are shipped within 1–3 weeks to most major cities worldwide via PTT. Standard international shipping is charged at a flat rate of 70 USD, regardless of location. Please note that shipping costs do not include any import taxes or customs duties that may apply upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package, provided the items meet our return policy. For example, if you don’t like the product you ordered or you selected the wrong color, you may return it.

In such cases, please send us an email at hello@megnastudio.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with no signs of wear. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.

For domestic returns, MEGNA STUDIO has an arrangement with Yurtiçi Kargo. If you use Yurtiçi Kargo with the ID number 493292147, your shipping costs will be deducted directly from your refund.

If MEGNA STUDIO has made an error with your order, we will of course cover all shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at hello@megnastudio.com in such cases.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Exchanges are not offered. If you wish to purchase another product, please place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item, depending on your bank’s procedures. Once the returned product has been inspected, you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Payments made via EFT will be refunded to your bank account.

  • Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
