DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery:
Domestic orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping immediately. Domestic shipping is free.

International orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks to most major cities, world-wide via PTT. They are charged at a flat rate of 70USD for standard shipping. 
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location. Please note that shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may apply upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, therefore, we accept returns of products within 7 days of receiving the package if they meet our return policy. For instance, you do not like the product you ordered, or you have chosen the wrong color, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances, please send us an e-mail (hello@megnastudio.com) within 3 days with your name, order number and a short description of why the product will be returned.

The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition in its original packaging with no trace of usage. Please note that the customer covers the return shipping cost. We want to clarify that this fee is deducted from your purchase as your funds return. Also, make sure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance so that we will receive your returned item. For domestic returns, Megna Studio has an arrangement with Yurtici Kargo, and all your shipping costs will be reduced from your returned funds if you choose to use them with the ID number 493292147.

If, however, MEGNA STUDIO has made a mistake regarding your order then we will assume the shipping costs of course. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@megnastudio.com.

We cannot exchange returned products for another item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product.

Return of product is not accepted in international orders.

Refunds:
Refunds are made in 14 weekdays beginning on the date your returned product depending on your bank. After the status of the returned product is examined, you will be informed via e-mail. Refund will be made in the same method you use while you purchased the product. If you made your payment with EFT, it will be sent to your bank account, if you made your payment with a credit card the amount will be returned to your credit card.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
